This is probably my favorite thing to make with fr

This is probably my favorite thing to make with freshly milled flour.

Recipe:
-2 cups freshly milled flour
-2 eggs
-salt to taste

(Use durum or kamut for best results. But can use any flour.)

1. Mix it until it’s graham cracker consistency, but sticking together.

If it’s too dry, add 1 tsp of water at a time until it reaches the right consistency. If you accidentally add too much water, just add a bit more flour. And keep doing that until it’s a workable dough.

2. Roll out into sheets with pasta extruder or with rolling pin
3. Cut into desired shapes with pasta extruder or with knife
4. Boil
5. Drain and enjoy it how you like it

—> The best way to do this is to let your dough rest after combining ingredients. But when you are truly in a pinch, you can still just go ahead and roll it and cut it right away.

I make this in 20 minutes from start to finish because it’s quick and healthy.

And yes if I don’t do laundry at all one day, the next day I’ll need to do 3-5 songs of laundry.
