- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream the butter and honey together in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in the flour and baking soda until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized mounds onto a baking sheet.
- Bake 8–10 minutes, just until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool for about a minute then sprinkle lightly with flaky sea salt if desired. Allow cookies to cool completely on baking sheet before removing, then enjoy!
